Grilled Bell Peppers

Tried something different tonight. Split bell peppers into thirds. Seeded them. Sprinkled the backs and fronts with olive oil and basil. Grilled both sides on the BBQ. Then filled the insides with feta cheese. Allowed time for the cheese to melt. Pretty delicious!

The rib-eyed steaks were just the side dish.
